 Will White | Will White #32 – Men’s BasketballGoldsboro, NC native, Will White has been named male Athlete of the Month for January for his high performance in the classroom, on the basketball court and on campus. He is a wing player for the Buccaneers in his second year on the team studying Physical Education. Will got the Bucs off to a good start in January by scoring an average of 17.25 points per game. He is active with the Minority Males on the Move Club and recently helped open the Bucs Cupboard food pantry for students. Will also excels in the classroom with a GPA well above average. |
 Brianna Mitchell | Brianna Mitchell #22 – Women’s BasketballElkton, VA native, Brianna Mitchell has been named female Athlete of the Month for January for her outstanding performance in the classroom and on the basketball court. Brianna averaged 12.2 points per game in January and has helped the Lady Bucs to an outstanding season to date. She is a Criminal Justice major whose GPA is well above average. |
 Christina Collins | Christina Collins – CVCC CheerleaderConnelly Springs, NC native, Christian Collins has been chosen as our Cheerleader of the Month for January. Christina has 12 years of cheerleading experience and is a very hard worker, which makes her a pleasure to coach. She is majoring in science and is certified in cheerleading safety. She is a certified cheerleading competition judge. |
