Head Coach Bryan Garmroth

Bryan Garmroth is in his 21st  year coaching college basketball. This is his tenth season as a college head coach. Garmroth has coached at the NCAA division 1, 2 and Junior college levels during his career. His large contact base at all collegiate levels is a major asset for CVCC players who want to continue their career at a four year school. 
In seven seasons as a junior college head coach Garmroth’s teams have compiled a 152 -56 record. They have won five Region X championships or co- championships and one district X championship which included a trip to the NJCAA final 16 in Hutchison Kansas. He has had 35 players awarded scholarships to continue playing at four-year schools. 11 of these players played professionally overseas after completing their four year career. 
  

Assistant Coach Julian Larry

Coach Larry enters his first season with the CVCC Men’s Basketball Program and third year of coaching. During the 2010-11season, Larry was an assistant coach at Dickinson State University in Dickinson, ND under head coach Ty Orton. During the 2009-10 season, Larry was the head JV coach and assistant 

Varsity coach at Richardton High School (ND). Larry holds a Bachelors degree in Exercise Science as well as University Studies from Dickinson State University in North Dakota. Larry played junior college basketball at Lassen Community College from 2001-02 and continued at Weber State University during 2002-03. He finished his playing career as a two year starter at Dickinson State University (ND) from 2005-08.
 
 
Team Manager David Joseph

David comes to CVCC from Concord High School in Concord, NC. He is majoring in Music Education and assists the basketball program in all areas. He is a valuable addition to the team.

 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
Team Manager Dennis Price
 
Dennis comes to us from Lawndale, NC where he graduated from Burns High. He is well experienced in athletics having played high school football and baseball and coached at Caser Elementary School. Dennis is majoring in General Education while at CVCC.
